Grounding. Fluid. Strengthen. A slow, deliberate practice with some posture holds. Some invitational stronger posture variations on offer. Will leave you feeling energised, empowered and clear. Great for all levels and those familiar with the practice. Intensity: 4 stars

Heat building. Dynamic. Energising. A vinyasa style class with movement in time with the breath. A heat building practice that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling invigorated, empowered and clear. Great for those familiar with the practice. Intensity: 5 stars

Hatha

Grounding. Embodiment. Moving Meditation. A slow, deliberate practice, with physical flexibility, strength, and perfection taking a backseat. Some invitational stronger postures will be on offer. Will leave you feeling calm, empowered and clear. Great for all levels and those new to the practice. Intensity: 3

Embodied Yin

Restorative. Therapeutic. Cooling. A beautiful act of self-care. Gently work on the deep connective tissue of the body, hold floor-based poses for long periods of time, with lots of props. Finish with Nidra, Pranayama, or Sound. Ideal for beginners to advanced practitioners. Intensity: 1 star

Beginner's Slow Flow

Educational, Relaxed. Grounding. With more explanation, instruction and variations. Ask questions while exploring the core asana (postures) how to use props and refining technique. Great for these new to the practice and those familiar with the practice, looking for a deeper understanding. Intensity: 2 stars

Chakra Sound Meditation

Calm. Tranquil. Rejuvenate. You will be guided by voice through an embodiment meditation, followed by a chakra focused sound immersion, using crystal singing bowls and chimes leaving you feeling blissfully grounded and clear. Ideal for beginners to advanced practitioners. Intensity: 0 stars

Pre/Post natal Yoga

Slow, gentle yoga specifically curated to support you during your pregnancy. Bub + Me yoga is a space for you to get some ‘me time’ while baby bonding, and is a beautiful way to connect with others in your area.

1:1 and Small Group Yoga – 60min

A private, personalised class just for you or up to three people. Connect with friends or work on a particular theme or topic alone or as a group. Ideal if you are new to yoga, looking to refine technique, recovering from an injury or just like the privacy of a one-on-one experience!
